The Symptera app is operated by SYMPTERA LTD, a company registered in Israel. These terms are an agreement between you and SYMPTERA LTD and govern your use of the app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Questions: hello@symptera.com.

Not a medical device

Symptera helps you track your own symptoms and see patterns over time. It does not diagnose, treat, or predict any specific medical event, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always talk to your doctor about your condition and treatment. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services, not this app.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
The information you log should be accurate to the best of your knowledge, since it's for your own tracking.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data and can't be undone.

Pricing

Symptera is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you before anything changes for existing accounts.

Acceptable use

Don't use Symptera to enter information about anyone other than yourself, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

Disclaimers

Symptera is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for decisions made based on the app's output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Symptera and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We version these terms. If we make a material change, we'll ask you to re-consent before it takes effect.
